Meet Carolyn

I would describe myself as a warm, creative, integrative, millennial therapist. I am passionate about supporting high-achieving, self-critical, perfectionists find self-trust and self-compassion. I am also a proud member of the 2SLGBTQI+ community and enjoy working with others who also share this identity and lived experience.
I have extensive training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches when supporting folks in their healing journey.

I am also a parent, a spouse, a dog and cat person, a fan of community-based art and music, and a lover of slow mornings and good coffee!
