I am a warm, relatable, and occasionally humorous collaborator dedicated to helping you heal and grow. I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. I’ll offer direct insights, challenge the habits that no longer serve you, and help you navigate the complexities of intimacy and boundaries.

Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals, with a focus on attachment-based and trauma-informed approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I also integrate elements of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) into my practice.
